Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) is the result of tireless daily effort in taking care of every olive tree on the Tenuta Decimo.


The native varieties (Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, and Corregiolo), the cultivation using strictly certified organic methods, natural fertilization, careful pruning, hand-picking, and immediate cold pressing are all part of the process.


We work with particular attention to environmental protection and a deep passion for this land, passed down to me by my grandfather, Leonardo Di Maria. This is how our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born, with very low acidity, capturing the essence of Tuscan tradition.


The cold pressing takes place at a local mill that uses state-of-the-art machinery to guarantee top-quality oil, while we await the completion of our own on-site mill.


All our olive trees are located on the Tenuta Decimo estate – San Gimignano, an area known as the most suitable for olive oil production in the province of Siena.


It pairs ideally with raw dishes, vegetable appetizers, soups, bruschettas, shellfish, fish, grilled meats, cheeses, pasta, and generally all traditional Tuscan dishes, enhancing their flavors without altering their taste.

We have also started the production of monocultivar oils, to highlight the pure flavors of Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo, with specific pairings and a beautiful gift box that contains three bottles of our most exclusive production.

From lemons to oil, and from oil to lemons


That is, from Sicily to Tuscany


Tenuta Decimo was purchased in the 1970s by my grandfather, Knight of Labor Leonardo Di Maria, who fell in love with Tuscany during his business travels.


He bought the estate, which was in a state of abandonment; the villas were little more than ruins. But with patience and determination, Tenuta Decimo was restored to its former glory.


From the lemon groves of Sicily, we moved on to the olive groves of Tuscany; today, with the passion passed down by my grandfather, I continue the family tradition, lovingly and diligently taking care of the olive groves of my Tenuta Decimo.
